Influencer dies of heart attack while putting up Christmas decorations | World News
An influencer has died of a ‘massive’ heart attack while putting up Christmas decorations at home with her parents.
Vanessa Mancini was making early preparations for the festive season in her luxury condo when she suddenly collapsed on Monday morning.
Emergency services rushed to the property in Manaus, Brazil, but the 41-year-old was not showing any vital signs.
She was confirmed dead at the scene by paramedics, according to local reports.
Vanessa had nearly 30,000 followers on Instagram and regularly shared content with fans about her daily life, exercise routines and travels.
In July this year, she shared her last post wishing her pet dog Tobias a happy 17th birthday alongside a cute picture of him.
Her family said she was ‘known for her happiness and good humour’.
They said in a statement: ‘Influencer Vanessa Mancini passed away from a massive heart attack.
‘She was at home with her parents and was attended by paramedics, but was unresponsive.
‘Vanessa was 41-years-old and known for her happiness and good humour.
‘The family asks for respect in this time of mourning.’
Governor of Acre State Gladson Cameli, Vanessa’s friend, said: ‘With great regret, I mourn the passing of my dear friend Vanessa Mancini, aged 41, this Monday.
‘Vanessa was well known for her sense of humour and contagious joy, and will certainly be greatly missed.
‘I send my deepest condolences to all her friends and family who are mourning this irreparable loss.’
Another friend, Olivia Calheiros, said: ‘We just saw each other and we had no idea.
‘Oh how I would have showered you with kisses and hugs and ask God every day to leave you here among us.’
Another Brazilian influencer also died this week after suffering four cardiac arrests following a liposuction procedure.
Last month, a 25-year-old influencer with hundreds of thousands of fans, also from Brazil, died unexpectedly.
Instagram influencer Larissa Borges died aged just 33 after suffering a double cardiac arrest in August.
