Shooter opens fire at psychiatric hospital | US News
A suspect opened fire at a psychiatric hospital in New Hampshire before being shot dead.
The shooting around 4pm on Friday was ‘contained to the front lobby’ of New Hampshire Hospital, said State Police Director Mark Hall.
Cops took down the shooter at the psychiatric facility in Concord and ‘all patients are safe’, Hall said.
Authorities initially reported ‘multiple victims’. Hall did not specify how many people were injured.
‘There is no active shooter threat to the public,’ Hall told reporters. ‘The scene remains active as one suspicious vehicle has been located.’
