Missing teen boy feared to be kidnapped by his doomsday mum | US News

A teenage boy has been reported missing by his father, who fears his estranged wife who believes in the Second Coming abducted him and believes he is chosen by God.
Blaze Thibaudeau, 16, is believed to have been kidnapped by his mother Spring Thibaudeau from Arizona and taken to Idaho to two family members, the Gilbert Police Department said on Friday.
The teen’s father, Ben Thibaudeau, fears for his safety.
‘They see him as a Davidic servant (chosen individual) who plays a significant role in the Savior’s return, Ben told EastIdahoNews.com.
‘They feel they needed to take him to an undisclosed location where he would receive his calling and understand his role in the Second Coming.
‘I fear for his safety, especially if my son is contentious, rebellious or belligerent. I fear that my brother-in-law would restrain him or do something that would incapacitate him.’
Ben has not heard from Blaze, his mother, his 23-year-old sister Abi Snarr or his uncle Brooke Hale since Monday.
